How Can You Measure The Level Of Your Contribution If You Don’t Know Fully What You Have?

As humans, we have a curiosity within us that begins to express itself from infancy. We notice colors and textures and tastes. Curiosity isn’t taught to us. It comes instinctively and is directly connected to our learning. It’s expressed at varying degrees and explored in varying ways based on many things. Things like; the environment, custodial allowances, personality development, security and more. These developmental moments are important in the life of the infant. However, we don’t always consider how deeply they affect the life of the emerging person who will spend the majority of their life in adulthood. What we learn about ourselves. What we learn about our Being is crucial.

We exist beyond who we are connected to and what we provide to them. Separately from being someones child, sibling, classmate, girlfriend or boyfriend, spouse, citizen etc. What’s at the center of it all? How the many layers of our identity build upon one another is important, but not having a true understanding of what’s at the core or that there even is a core can be detrimental. Maybe detrimental feels like a heavy word to use, but it seems right. Missing who we are carries a significantly high risk factor for potential distortions and distractions. The possibility of going through life with a heavily skewed view of what truly lies at the center of your identity is real. Outside influences can and do present filters. Not all of these filters are necessarily bad. However, even “good” things can hinder intended greatness or muffle the sounds of the internal voice trying to lead you toward the next step of your Becoming.

Much of this has been part of my personal journey and while I believe, wholeheartedly, in the uniqueness of every individual, I also have observed a large number of commonalities many of us often experience. It is for this reason I will openly share about my personal pause. The pause that turned out to be Dynamic and monumental for my life. My journey was profound and lead me to the vivid realization of its value for others. The Dynamic Pause program is rooted in lived experience and I’m excited to walk it out with those who decide they are ready to tap into their beautiful curiosity. Come Breathe, Believe and Breakthrough to your next level.
